  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper

How to Make:

  2. Take one spoon of the mixture and shape it round. Do it until the mixture runs out.
  3. Roll the tofu that has been formed into the flour, dip it in an egg whisk and sprinkle it with the bread crumbs.
  4. Heat the oil, fry the tofu balls until cooked and brownish yellow. Lift.
  5. Arrange it on a serving plate. Serve it.

Tip: Choose the white tofu, yellow tofu is often added to food coloring.
