How to make:
1. Mix flour with rice flour, Morinaga Chil School's Platinum MoriCare Zila Vanilla flavor, salt, and sugar. Stir it well.
2. Add egg yolks and ice water, stir well. Filter it.
3. Dip the apple slices into the flour mixture. Deep fried until it cooked and brownish yellow. Lift, let it cool.
4. Melt the chocolate. Spread it on top of fried apples, let it harden.
5. Arrange the fried apples on a serving plate. Serve it.
Tip: Apples can be replaced with pineapples. Sugar can replace chocolate melt as a garnish.
