Ingredients:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 3 eggs, make a thin omelette
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 50 g flour
  • 5 pcs beef sausage
  • 30 g Morinaga Chil Kid Platinum MoriCare Zigma Vanilla flavor powder milk
  • 50 g carrot, cut into cubes
  • 50 g green beans, cut into cubes
  • Cooking Oil

 

Seasoning:

  • 40 g chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt

Mushroom Sauce:

  • 100 g button mushroom, chopped
  • 300 ml meat broth/water
  • 25 g chopped onion
  • 25 g Morinaga Chil Kid Platinum MoriCare Zigma Vanilla flavor powder milk
  • 25 g margarine
  • 2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon fine salt

 

For 4 Servings

How to Make:

  1. Mix the minced beef with egg, Morinaga Chil Kid Platinum MoriCare Zigma Vanilla flavor powder milk, flour, pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Mix it well.
  2. Add the chopped green beans and carrots, stirring again until it mixes.
  3. Prepare one sheet of omelet, out the meat mixture and give one piece of sausage in the middle. Roll and tighten it.
  4. Wrap the roulade with aluminium foil. Steam for 30 minutes or until cooked. Let it cool. Open the alumunium foil wrap.
  5. Heat the cooking oil, fry roulade until cooked and brownish yellow in color.
  6. Cut the roulade, set it on a serving plate. Serve it while warm with mushroom sauce.
  7. Mushroom sauce: Dissolve Morinaga Chil Kid Platinum MoriCare Zigma Vanilla flavor powder milk with the meat broth or water, stir well, set aside. Heat the argarine, saute onion until fragrant. Pour the broth mixture, pepper, salt, sugar, and mushroom. Cook until boiling and thick. Serve as a complement to the roulade.

 

Tip: For variation, beef meat can be replaced with chicken meat or minced fish meat.
