Simple & Easy Chocolate Mud Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

• 250 g of potatoes, steamed it and puree it
• 200 g of flour
• 200 g of sugar
• 40 g of Morinaga Chil School Platinum MoriCare Zigma Chocolate
• 35 g of cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon of chocolate paste
• 6 egg yolks
• 2 eggs white
• 500 ml of water
• 60 g of margarine, melt it
• ½ teaspoon of salt
• 60 g of raisins

How to make:

1. Beat eggs, sugar, and salt for 20 minutes.

2. Add the flour, cocoa powder, chocolate paste, and potatoes while stirring using a plastic spatula.

3. Dissolve Morinaga Chil School Platinum MoriCare Zigma Chocolate.

4. Add milk, vanilla and melted butter to the flour mixture, stir well. Filter it.

5. Heat the mud cake mold, spread with a little oil.

6. Pour batter until ¾ mold, cover and cook over medium heat until half cooked.

7. Add a few pieces of raisins on top. Cook again until the cake is cooked.

For ± 30 pieces

Tip:  For variations in filling, raisins can be replaced with chunks of chocolate, cheese, jack fruit or nuts according to taste.
