Do you have a plan for family gathering or social gathering in the near time? A gathering doesn’t complete without snacks that can be enjoyed together. How to Make:

  1. Dissolve Morinaga Chil School Platinum MoriCare Zigma Vanilla Flavor powder milk with water. Set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs, sugar, and salt together until it stiffs.
  3. Put the flour, margarine, baking powder, banana, milk solution, and vanilla powder. Stir well.
  4. Prepare a cake pan that already spreads with margarine. Pour the banana batter, spread it evenly. Sprinkle the top with the grated cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake the dough in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes or until the cake is cooked and brownish yellow. Lift.
  6. Cut the Cake. Arrange it on a serving plate. Serve it warm.

Tip: Use the ambon banana or cavendish banana that is already ripe, so the sponge cake has a natural sweet taste and is more flavorful.

Woah, it turns out the type of banana not just affects the taste but also the banana sponge cake texture.. That’s why, before being creative, make sure that banana that Mom will use is the same with the recipe above, okay? One more tip, spread the butter in the cake pan/baking sheet before using it so the sponge cake is not sticky when you want to put it out.

Well, with the healthy snack and also Morinaga Platinum MoriCare Zigma growth milk, Mom no need to be worried anymore about little one nutrients needs. Especially now that Morinaga Platinum has a new formula of MoriCare Zigma that is equipped with a combination of 3 good bacteria (Bifidobacterium) to strengthen the digestive tract of little one. 3 good bacteria that consist of Bifidobacterium longum BB536 to prevent respiratory infections, Bifidobacterium breve M-16V to prevent diarrhea and digestive disorders, and Bifidobacterium infantis M-63 to help absorption of nutrients. So, from now on, Mom doesn't need to worry about your little one’s digestive health. :)
