During their golden age, children will go through some years that are important for their brain development, which can be affected by many things. One of them is nutrition. Here are some foods that will help your children’s brain development, namely:

Besides being good for the children’s brain development, nuts are also very good for their heart. Nuts contain protein, complex carbohydrates, as well as vitamins and minerals.

Milk and yogurt are sources of vitamin B which is needed for the development of brain tissue, neurotransmitter, and enzymes in your children. In addition, milk and dairy products are also good sources of nutrition. Meanwhile, low-fat milk or yogurt is a source of protein and carbohydrates for the brain.

Beef or lean meat is a source of iron that helps the children to maintain their energy, especially when they start learning how to walk. Beef also contains zinc that maintains the memory function.
